The Reelbridgenexxus application, AI sonar navigation overlay, and security suite serve strictly as automated assistance tools. Under international maritime law (COLREGs), the licensed Master of the Vessel retains sole responsibility for safe navigation, watchkeeping, and anti-collision maneuvers at all times.
All hardware modules (CAN buses, fiber loops, underwater RGBW light transceivers) must be installed by certified Reelbridgenexxus marine technicians or authorized shipyard partners. Unauthorized modifications void system warranties and IP68 water ingress guarantees.
Subscribers receive a non-exclusive license to operate the onboard control software and mobile application interface. Over-the-air firmware updates are delivered via encrypted satellite channels.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any legal disputes shall be settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.
